- 500
grams of Flour
- 250
grams of Butter
- 125
grams of Sugar
- 4
eggs
- A
small amount of milk (about
3 spoonfuls)
- Cookie
Cutters
Mix
the flour, butter, sugar, and
3 of the eggs together in a
bowl. Once it forms a paste,
cover it and allow it to cool
in the refrigerator for 1-2
hours. While the dough cools,
take the 4th egg and mix it
in a cup with a little bit of
milk.
After
the dough has cooled, remove
it from the refrigerator and
roll it out to about 1/2 cm
thickness with a rolling pin.
Begin to cut out shapes using
the cookie cutters until you
have filled a cookie sheet.
Brush the tops of the cookies
with the egg and milk mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at
180° C
for 15-25 minutes depending
on your oven. Be sure to watch
them as the bake because they
will get dark quickly!
