- 50g
fresh ground coffee
- 750g
vodka
- 350g
sugar
- 200g
water
- 2
tablespoons milk
- ~1
knife end vanilla
Put
into jar coffee and vanilla,
add vodka, cover and let settle
in refrigerator 1 week (stir
each day!). Then filter. Pour
water over the settlings and
bring to a boil, and filter
once more. Dissolve the sugar
in this water. Mix the made
syrup with a coffee mixture,
add the boiled and chilled milk,
and let settle in refrigerator
still 1 week. Then filter once
