apples
- 20
prunes
- ½ kilo
of tejocote
- 1
stalk of sugar cane
- Sugar
to taste (preferably brown
sugar)
- 3
cinnamon sticks
- 1
Cup Pineapple Juice
Cut
up the fruit, the apple should
be cut into medium sized pieces,
the sugar cane, and the tecojotes.
Put
the cinnamon, sugar and all
the fruit in a pot to boil.
Once it reaches a boil, slowly
add the pineapple juice. Let
it simmer a few minutes and
then serve hot!
