Christmas Recipes from Panama

  • 4 cans of condensed milk (397 g)
  • 5 cans of evaporated milk (400 g)
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 bottle of Rum
  • Vanilla and nutmeg to taste

Combine condensed and evaporated milk in a container; beat the eggs separately and add them to the milk mixture, stirring continually. Slowly add the rum. Add vanilla and nutmeg to taste. Put it in bottles and refrigerate until ready to drink.
